Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dispatch

Remedial items in stock are dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation. Items that are energised or prepared to your chart — certain gemstones, yantras and rudraksha — are dispatched within 5–7 working days, since the preparation follows an auspicious timing.

Delivery time and charges

• Within Odisha: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: typically 4–8 working days after dispatch.
• A flat shipping charge applies to smaller orders; larger orders ship free.
• International delivery is arranged on request, with charges quoted before payment.

Tracking

A tracking reference is shared over WhatsApp or SMS once your parcel is handed to the courier. If tracking has not moved for more than three working days, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier on your behalf.

Written reports

Written reports are delivered digitally as a PDF to your email or WhatsApp, usually within the preparation window quoted at booking. A printed copy can be couriered on request at additional cost.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be re-shipped once the fresh courier charge is paid. For help, call 7008550189.
