Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultations

• Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the appointment.
• Cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund, less any payment gateway charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or a missed appointment without notice, are not refundable because the slot cannot be reallocated.
• If we cancel or cannot conduct a session, you receive a full refund or a new slot, as you prefer.

Written reports

A report can be cancelled for a full refund before preparation begins. Once analysis has started, the fee is not refundable, since the work is prepared individually from your chart or premises. If a factual error is found in a delivered report, it is corrected free of charge.

Puja and anushthan services

Puja bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. After that, materials and priestly arrangements are already committed and the amount is not refundable.

Remedial items and products

• Report damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs.
• Verified damaged or wrong items are replaced, or refunded in full if a replacement is unavailable.
• Energised gemstones, rudraksha and puja consumables cannot be returned once used, for reasons of hygiene and ritual purity.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. To raise a request, call 7008550189 or write to consult@adityavastu.in with your order or booking reference.
